Coach Hire for Four Major French Events

Big events change the rules for a day or a week: roads close, drop-off points move and every coach arrives at once. These four have confirmed dates.

Book the coach before the crowds

The Fête des Lumières runs in Lyon from 5 to 8 December 2026. Roland-Garros follows from 17 May to 6 June 2027. The 24 Heures du Mans runs from 9 to 13 June 2027, with the race on 12 and 13 June. The Paris Air Show at Le Bourget runs from 14 to 20 June 2027, open to the public on 19 and 20 June. If your group goes to more than one, send all the dates in one request.

Paris venues come with Paris rules: set down and pick up only, engine off, with parking under a PASS Autocar. At Le Mans the organiser has not yet published a coach drop-off point for 2027.

When should we book an event coach?

As soon as your tickets are confirmed. Send the event, the date, the session times and the pickup address.

Do you sell event tickets?

No. We book the transport only. Tickets come from the organiser.

How do coaches reach central Lyon during the Fête?

The Presqu'île is a limited traffic zone. Tourist coaches enter freely from 06:00 to 13:00; after that the driver uses the intercom at the access bollard. Lyon's coach parking places are free and cannot be booked.
