What we do
Professional coach and bus rental services across France for airport transfers, corporate travel, sightseeing tours, weddings, schools, events and private group transportation. is a booking service. We take your trip details, ask licensed, insured transport operators to price it, and arrange the booking with the operator you accept. Each operator is registered for the passenger transport it carries out. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. The operator provides the vehicle and driver and is responsible for carrying out the trip.
Quotes
A quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the trip as described in your request. It states what is included, how long it is valid and the cancellation terms that apply. Parking, motorway tolls, ferry fares and any venue or site charges are shown on the quote where they apply. If the trip changes after the quote, the price may change, and we will tell you before anything is charged.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing after you accept the quote. Nothing is charged before you accept. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full card numbers.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the operator and the vehicle, and they are written on your quote before you pay. To change or cancel, contact us as early as you can using the details on your confirmation. A trip booked for a set date is not covered by the 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts; the cancellation terms on your quote apply instead.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate addresses, times, flight or sailing details and passenger numbers, and tell us in advance about wheelchairs, child seats and oversized luggage. Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions and the law, including wearing seat belts where fitted. Drivers must follow the EU rules on driving and rest times, which can shape long itineraries, and some rules apply only to groups of children.
Responsibility for the trip
The operator is responsible for the vehicle, the driver and the safe performance of the trip. We are responsible for handling your booking with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits the rights French consumer law gives you.
Complaints and mediation
If something goes wrong, email francecoachrentals@pm.me first, so we can put it right. If we cannot settle a dispute together, you can refer it, free of charge, to a consumer mediator. The mediator's name and contact details are given on request and on your quote. You can also go to the courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that booking.
