What we collect

Details you give us: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off points, dates and times, flight or sailing details, passenger numbers, accessibility needs you choose to tell us, and your account login if you create one. Card payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal, who share only the payment outcome with us.

Technical data: browser type, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies as set out in our cookie policy.

Why we use it, and the legal basis

To quote and arrange your trip and to communicate about it (a contract, or steps before one). To keep accounting and tax records (a legal obligation). To keep the site secure and improve it (our legitimate interests). To send marketing, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Health information, such as accessibility needs, is used only to arrange a suitable vehicle, with your explicit consent.

Who we share it with

The transport operators who quote or carry out your trip. Payment, email and hosting providers acting on our instructions. Authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Under French law you can also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death. To exercise any of these, email francecoachrentals@pm.me. You also have the right to complain to the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés), the French data protection authority.
