Coach Rental Across France

From Request to Coach in Three Steps

You send the plan, an operator prices it, and you decide. Nothing is charged before you accept a quote.

Step 1: send the plan

We need the number of passengers, the date, the pickup time and full address, each stop in order with the time spent there, and where the day ends. Mention luggage, sports kit, instruments or wheelchairs, since they can change the vehicle. For an airport or station transfer, add the flight or train number.

For a school group, give the pupils' ages and the number of supervising adults. The coach driver never counts as a supervisor. Every passenger wears a seat belt where the seat has one. If the trip leaves France, each minor needs an autorisation de sortie du territoire (AST).

Step 2: an operator prices it

We put the plan to a partner operator with a suitable coach free that day. The operator works out distance, hours, waiting time, tolls and the low-emission zones on the route. It also checks the stopping rules. In central Paris, for example, a coach in the 1st to 4th arrondissements may only make trips that start or end there.

Some days are too long for one driver under the EU rules. The choice is then a second driver, an overnight stop or a shorter programme. The quote says which one it assumes.

Step 3: check and accept

You receive one quote. It names the vehicle, sets out the times and route, lists what is included and gives the cancellation terms. Those terms come from the operator and vary by vehicle, so read them. Ask for a change if anything is wrong; asking commits you to nothing. Accepting is the first point at which anything is charged.

When the plan moves

Numbers drop, a train runs late, a stop is added. Tell us as soon as you know and we take it to the operator. If the change moves the price, you see the new figure before anything extra is charged. A cancellation follows the terms on your quote.

Organisers ask

How much detail do I need to start?

Headcount, date and the places you want to go. Exact times can follow, but a precise plan gives a precise quote.

Who do I deal with after booking?

Us, for anything about the booking. On the day, the driver runs the trip for the operator.

Can I ask for a particular coach?

The quote gives the vehicle type and seat count. If you need a toilet, a microphone for a guide or a set layout, say so in your request.

Send the basics

Group size, date and stops. The quote comes back for you to check before you decide anything.
