Paris Air Show 2027: Coaches to Le Bourget
In 2027 the International Paris Air Show opens on 14 June and closes on 20 June, at Paris-Le Bourget airport north-east of Paris. The day your group goes decides most of the coach plan.
Choose the day first
The weekdays, Monday 14 to Friday 18 June, are for trade visitors. On the Friday, students are also invited to a free day, and each one must register online beforehand. The general public comes on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 June.
For a student group, the Friday is the natural choice. Collect the registrations before the coach is confirmed, so the number of seats matches the number of students registered.
Distances and the route in
By road, the show site is about 16 km from central Paris. Charles de Gaulle is nearer still, at about 13 km, so a delegation flying in can go straight from the airport to the show.
From central Paris the route crosses the Grand Paris low-emission zone inside the A86. Coaches rated Crit'Air 3 to 5, or without a sticker, are barred there by day, every day of the week. Ask for the coach's Crit'Air class when you book; the rule applies today and may be changed.

Crowds, pickups and children
The 2025 show had 305,000 visitors. Expect heavy traffic near the site on the public days. Fix a pickup point and a time before the group goes in, and give the driver a contact name.
On a coach carrying children, they travel seated, and every passenger wears a seat belt where the seat has one.
Coming from further away
From Reims or Rouen, the drive to Paris is about 130 to 145 km each way, close to two hours by car. With the show in between, the day is long. Under EU rules the daily driving limit is 9 hours, and a 45-minute break falls due once 4.5 hours have been driven.

On Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 June 2027. The weekdays from Monday 14 June are for trade visitors.
Do students need to register for the Friday?
Yes, online, before the day. The student day is free. Book the coach once you know how many have registered.
Can we combine the show with a CDG arrival?
Yes, the airport is only a short run away. Give the flight number and the terminal shown on the booking, as CDG's terminal numbers change in March 2027.
